The PILATES room opened its doors on 4th July 2016. Founded by Nikki Papaonisiforou whose background in dance, specifically classical ballet, contemporary dance, tap and flamenco dance as well as certified personal and group fitness trainer is now specialized and focused in Pilates. Offering Mat, Reformer, Total Barre and Spinning classes, we welcome patients with injuries and special needs. 

We’ve been a certified and a practicing Pilates Studio since 2016. The foundation of our practice combines the physical well being of each individual journey in discovering the pilates world.  By integrating body, breath, movement, awareness, detail of movement, we strive to promote an understanding of the inter dependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
